Normal Bar inventory is a cumbersome once-a-month activity and most inventories only allow for an approximation of bottle content. Suxessbar is a state of the art system that allows you to track and analyze your bars inventory, instantly, from anywhere in the world, down to the last drop. Suxessbar consists of a three part system:
When a bottle is recieved in stock it is tagged with an RFID sticker. This sticker contains a micro-chip that stores information on the type of bottle (brand, type, size). Simply scan the bottle’s barcode with the provided registration device, attach the sticker, and e-pifani handles the rest. The bottle is instantly counted, added to inventory, and is now being tracked by the system.
Once a tagged bottle leaves your stock room and is placed behind your bar it is greeted by one of our e-pifani scales. These scales which line your bar read the RFID tag of the bottle, identify it from the stock and begin to track it’s contents.
Each time a bottle is lifted from the bar, the scales take count of the amount poured.
When coupled with your POS system, you have access to a real time count of drinks poured vs drinks billed, in addition to dozens of other real time metrics.
