1. What is your competitive advantage?

The short answer is the Suxessbar System works.
A more detailed way to put it:

  • It is the only system that allows 24/7 real-time control on your inventory
  • Our system flags all iregularities and lets you know when they happened
  • It can eliminate at least 90% of all liquor manipulation
  • It is a robust state-of-the-art technology that requires very little maintenance
  • The suxessbar system allows a data interface between itself and your POS
  • The interface with your POS system alows you to compare liquor poured vs liquor billed
  • You dont have to be on site to acess your information
  • Our system allows for absolute data integrity, because you are not required to store anywhere else than on your servers
  • It can easily be integrated into your bar without disturbing the already existing design, and is invisible to the customer
  • The system does not interfere with bar operations
  • It warns you to re-order when shortages arise
  • Saves you from having to do late night, inaccurate inventories

5. Can anyone cheat the system?

We’re tempted to say NO, but being an experienced former F&B Managers we know not to uder estimate the creativity of your staff. To not quite sem too self-confident we will safelt say that we can easily detect 90% of all liquor inventory manipulation.

For Example:

  • Backpour: Our system will detect any irregular influx of liquor
  • Non-registered bottles: The system flags all unregistered bottles
  • Missing Bottles: Registered bottles can be given a designated time by which they have to be placed back on scale after being removed. If they are not, they are flagged as missing until replaced.

We offer suxessbar specific speed rails to ensure perfect reading of high traffic bottles.

Very robust! We have literally gone to bat on our system. We use the highest grade materials and test all our hardware with excessive force to ensure durability.

Anything can be broken, but if our system breaks you will know that it was with intent.

21. Is your system susceptible to wetness, sugar or alcohol?

Our system works with electronic elements and circuits. All of these are sealed and water proofed. Our speed rails have a clever run-off system for liquids, so that liquids do not even get close to the electronic elements.

22. Do I have to spend time and money on training?

Your bar staff will only need a short training on how to maintain and clean certain elements. They do not have to be trained to use the system, because the system does not require their effort to function.
